This Jazz Version Of Foo Fighters “Everlong” Is The Cat’s Pajamas Daddy-O!

What if Foo Fighters were a smooth jazz band? Sounds crazy I know, but youtuber Anthony Vincent shares what the Foo Fighter’s classic “Everlong” would sound like if they were.

Get spiffy all you hepcats and go back in time to your favorite swanky speakeasy for some “giggle water” or “hooch”. This is the “bee’s knees”!

Anthony Vincent made his name with “Ten Second Songs” on Youtube where takes rock and metal songs and reimagines them in other styles. He’s racked up close to 3.5 million followers and won the “Metal Hammer Golden God: King Of The Internet” award.

As for Foo Fighters, 2021 has been a great year too. They are nominated for the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame, they released their latest album in Feb. (originally slated for release in 2020 to celebrate their 25th anniversary), Dave Grohl and Foo Fighters were outspoken advocates for the Save Our Stages act that Congress finally passed as part of the coronavirus relief package, and Dave Grohl will release his first book about a ‘life lived loud’. The title is “The Storytellerand will be published on October 5.

I would love to know what Foo Fighters think of this jazz cover. I get the feeling that Dave Grohl would love it!
